Rudy Jackson

Rudy Jackson is currently the SVP & Chief Nurse Executive at UW Health. Prior to this, they were the Chief Nursing Officer at Kaleida Health from October 2016 to August 2020. Jackson has also held the position of Sr Executive Director, Hospital Operations at University Health System from March 2001 to October 2016. Rudy began their career in 1990 as a CPT in the United States Army and served until 2017.

Rudy Jackson completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Yale University in Hospital Administration/Management. They also completed a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science at the University of the Incarnate Word. Rudy Jackson is also certified by the American Organization for Nursing Leadership as a Certified Executive Nursing Practice (CENP).

Rudy Jackson reports to Alan Kaplan, CEO. They work with Peter D. Newcomer - Chief Clinical Officer, Carey Gehl - Chief Strategy Officer, and Elizabeth Bolt - SVP & COO.
