Tim Olaore

Tim "Mr. Meaningful Work" Olaore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, human resources, and organizational performance. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Resident & Internship Programs at Adventist Health since May 2017, Tim plays a key role in maximizing employee strengths and guiding career growth. As the founder of Mr. Meaningful Work and former President of Peak Executive Group, Tim focuses on helping individuals identify their unique areas of confidence. Prior experience includes various roles in human resources, sales, and marketing across several organizations, complemented by a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Oakwood University.
