John Avico

John Avico is an accomplished professional in engineering and project management with extensive experience across various sectors, including telecommunications, energy, and healthcare. Currently engaged at Adventist HealthCare Limited in an engineering and maintenance role, John previously worked as a Business Program Manager - Digital at Optus and served as PMO Manager at Macquarie Telecom Group, where significant achievements included the in-sourcing of the MT Telecom Network Operation Center and the development of governance models. Their expertise in Agile-based digital transformation, project delivery, and resource management has been demonstrated in leadership roles at multiple organizations, including IBM, GE Digital Energy, and AEMO.
