Associate Vice President Of Clinical Integrated Network at Adventist HealthCare

Barbara Courtney has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with their most recent role being Associate Vice President of Clinical Integrated Network at Adventist HealthCare since November 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Cardiac and Vascular Services-Interim at Adventist HealthCare starting in September 2014. Before joining Adventist HealthCare, Barbara worked at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital as the Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehab Services from October 2010 to September 2014. Barbara also held the position of Manager of Cardiac Rehab at Adventist HealthCare from December 1995 to October 2010.

Barbara Courtney earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Delaware from 1984 to 1988. Barbara then pursued a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Fullerton from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Barbara obtained certification as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine in December 2012.
