Theron Pappas

Theron Pappas has an extensive work history in the field of information technology and healthcare. Theron most recently worked at Adventist HealthCare as the Director of Data Analytics and Systems, where they were responsible for designing and developing data warehousing and data mart systems. Prior to that, they served as the Director of IT Operations at Adventist HealthCare, overseeing the technology infrastructure and leading IT teams in implementing new technologies.

Before joining Adventist HealthCare, Pappas worked at CareTech Solutions as the Client Executive & Director of Management Information System, where they provided strategic direction for information services and technologies in hospitals. Theron also held the position of Chief Information Officer at Thorek Memorial Hospital, where they developed and executed strategic plans for implementing information technology systems and led teams to ensure efficient and secure use of data.

Pappas began their career as the Creator, Owner, and Operator of Custom Computer Solutions LLC, where they provided various IT services to independent physician and dental practices. Theron also gained experience as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at West Virginia University.

Theron Pappas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Cornell University in the years 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at West Virginia University from 2003 to 2008.
