Thierry Majorel

Thierry Majorel is a seasoned professional in innovation management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Innovation at ADVENTS since December 2022. In this role, Thierry leads the creation and management of an incubator focused on sustainable innovation and influence, overseeing various strategic projects including Data Management, the Metaverse, and generative AI. Prior experience includes directing innovative programs at LHH and managing Open Innovation at BPI Group, where Thierry established Lab37, a dedicated laboratory for HR innovation. Additional roles encompassed career management, consulting, and significant contributions to HR transformation initiatives at The Coca-Cola Company and GSK. Thierry holds a Master in Management from Skema Business School and a D.U.T. in Biochemistry from IUT La Rochelle.
