Alexis Fleming

Alexis Fleming is a skilled biologist with a focus on water quality and marine biology, currently serving as a Water Quality Laboratory Technician at Adventure Aquarium since March 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Biologist Aide for the Fish and Invertebrates division at Double Tree Guest Suites Mt. Laurel, and an Aquatics Specialist at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc., alongside previous positions in the hospitality and retail sectors. Alexis has also gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at MERR Institute, where responsibilities encompassed data entry, necropsies, animal care, and marine mammal response efforts. A graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography, Alexis has a solid educational foundation complemented by practical experience in various marine and animal care settings.
