Customer Insight Director at Adventure Club

Satu Roponen has extensive work experience in various research and analytical roles. Satu is currently the Customer Insight Director at Adventure Club since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Frankly Partners, where they held multiple positions including Business Designer, Head of Research from September 2019 to January 2020, and Head of Research from November 2016 to June 2017. Satu also worked as an Insight Manager from February 2015 to November 2016 and went on maternity leave from June 2017 to September 2019. Before Frankly Partners, they worked as a Planner at ToinenPhd from April 2013 to January 2015. Satu also served as a Research Manager at Mediatoimisto Voitto Oy from April 2012 to April 2013, and as a Media Analyst at Aegis Media Finland from February 2011 to April 2012. Satu started their career as a Researcher at Aalto University School of Economics in August 2004 and worked there until February 2011.

Satu Roponen completed their education in Economics with a Lic.Sc. degree from Aalto University School of Economics. Satu attended this institution from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2004, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Vaasa and earned an M.Sc. degree.
