Lauren Neracher has a diverse work experience, starting as a Contact Center Agent at Adventure Credit Union in 2016. Lauren played a key role in developing the Interactive Teller Machine position and was responsible for creating a training manual.

Lauren also gained experience in system conversions and migrations while maintaining knowledge in accounting, card services, lending, regulations, and compliance.
Most recently, in 2022, Lauren was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Remote Banking at Adventure Credit Union, where they continue to excel in their role.
Lauren Neracher obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Later, they pursued and completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the same institution. Lauren'sMSW degree was earned between 2016 and 2018.
