Mohammed Abdel Dayem has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mohammed started their career in 2010 as a Content Writer at Yahoo! In 2015, they joined ROFIDA HOLDING as a Sales Agent and then transitioned to Vodafone in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Experience at Adventure HQ since 2019.

Mohammed Abdel Dayem attended Tanta University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in French language and literature. During the same period, they also attended Tanta University and earned another Bachelor's degree, this time in Arabic language and literature.
