James Bridges is currently the Head of Customer Success at Fathom. Prior to their current role, James worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd for over a decade, where James held various positions in Catastrophe Underwriting. Their responsibilities included providing insight and support to Business Units in underwriting both man-made and natural catastrophes, leading the development of Cat Risk Insights, coordinating strategic portfolio management, and modelling complex Global Corporate books. James holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
