Previously, they were the President of Porch Dog Ventures, providing organizational and marketing solutions to businesses and non-profits. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at UST Brands, including General Manager and Executive Vice President of New Business Development, where they played a pivotal role in brand growth and operational improvements. Jeana also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at W.S. Badger, where they brought stability and scalability to the family-run business. Their career started at Eastern Mountain Sports, where they held various leadership roles and gained experience in customer service, retail management, merchandising, eCommerce, and strategic planning.
