Lauren Oxenham possesses extensive experience in the travel and customer service industries. Currently serving as a Product Load Executive and Finals Executive at Adventure World since August 2014, responsibilities include confirmations, documentation, and liaising with suppliers and agents. Prior experience includes working as a Travel Consultant at Escape Travel from January 2013 to June 2014, focusing on sales, customer service, and financial management. Lauren began a career in customer service as a Student Recruiter at Macquarie University from January 2011 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Creative Arts (International) in Drama from Macquarie University and a Certificate III in Travel Tourism from TAFE NSW, complemented by an HSC from The Hills Grammar School.
