Mia Bass

Mia Bass is an experienced professional with a background in technology, marketing, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Technology Workforce Trainee at Adventurous Minds Produce Extraordinary Dreams (Amped), Mia has developed foundational knowledge in computer hardware, software, networking, and security concepts through hands-on labs. Previous experience includes a role as a Marketing/Community Engagement Specialist at the Louisville Association Community Economics, where Mia managed newsletters, social media, and outreach events, successfully increasing membership by over 100. Mia also worked as a Credit Analyst at Republic Bank, a Data Analyst Intern at Yum! Brands, and held a community engagement position at OneWest, Inc. Mia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Simmons College of Kentucky.
