Chika Mbonu

Chika Mbonu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Prior to this role, Chika worked at Keystone Bank Limited for several years in different positions. Chika started as a Cash Officer in September 2012 and later served as a Customer Service Officer from May 2013 to January 2014. Chika then became a Service Manager from February 2014 to January 2020, followed by an Account Relationship Manager role from January 2020 to October 2021.

Before their time at Keystone Bank Limited, Chika was a Funds Transfer Officer at Bank PHB PLC from July 2007 to September 2012. Additionally, they gained experience as a Clients Service Executive at Circum Technologies Ltd from May 2006 to July 2007.

Chika Mbonu completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Abia State University from 1998 to 2002. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, Chika pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management at the National Open University of Nigeria.
