Shantanu Khalikar

Shantanu Khalikar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shantanu'smost recent position is as a Product Manager at Adventus.io starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Docon Technologies as an Associate Director in Product Consultation & Distribution Sales from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they focused on establishing new sales channels for Docon EMR with Marg ERPs distribution network/Channel Partners across India.

Before joining Docon Technologies, Khalikar served as the CEO and Head of Product at MargHealth from June 2021 to December 2021. During their tenure, they oversaw various activities, including product ideation and strategy development, market research, and overall business management.

From 2015 to 2021, Khalikar worked at Increpe Technologies, initially as a Business Head and later as a Director and Project Consultant. Shantanu'sresponsibilities included developing marketing, operations, and business development strategies, promoting the company, and maintaining policies for its growth.

Furthermore, they were also a Master Partner at Marg ERP Limited from 2017 to 2021, where they represented the company's products and services in specific regions of Maharashtra and provided implementation, training, and after-sales support.

Prior to these experiences, Khalikar established and led Increpe Creative Works from 2013 to 2017. As the Business Head, they supervised operations, implemented business strategies, evaluated company performance, and interacted with potential clients for corporate gifting and digital marketing projects.

Shantanu Khalikar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, from 2010 to 2014. In 2017-2018, they pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, specifically E3 - Entrepreneur's Energy Excellence, from E & G Innovative Education.

Additionally, Shantanu Khalikar has obtained several certifications, including "Sharpening Business Acumen" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in August 2022 and "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" from Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
