Jorge Ruiz currently serves as the Global Head of Marketing Science at TikTok since December 2019 and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Advertising Research Foundation since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Facebook, where Jorge held positions as Head of Agency Measurement and Global Ecosystem Measurement Manager from May 2013 to September 2019, focusing on advertising effectiveness measurement solutions. Earlier, Jorge was a Partner and Director of Media Analytics at Ogilvy from April 2003 to April 2013, overseeing the Media Analytics practice in North America. Jorge's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Direct & Interactive Marketing from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from American University.
