Victoria Chester Rose

Victoria Chester Rose currently serves as the Vice President of People & Talent at ADVI Health, having joined the organization in August 2025. Prior to this role, Victoria held several leadership positions at RQM+, including Vice President of Marketing and Communications, where responsibilities included developing global marketing strategies and enhancing employee experience through effective communication. Victoria's extensive experience in talent acquisition and change management was further honed during tenure at Highmark Health, where significant achievements included creating a comprehensive university relations strategy and leading diversity recruitment initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s in Professional Writing, both from La Roche University, which also provided an adjunct professor role from 2017 to 2022.
