Janne Honkonen

Janne Honkonen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Janne founded and served as CEO of Advian, a data-driven business consultancy focused on advanced analytics and location intelligence. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Esri Finland, where they implemented strategies for revenue growth, profit increase, and employee satisfaction. As the Director of Services at Esri Finland, they transformed the company by restructuring the unit, hiring key competencies, and renewing services and processes. Janne also served as a Member of the Board at the Finnish Location Information Cluster (FLIC). Earlier in their career, Janne held leadership positions at Logica, Affecto Finland, IT Solicom, and Karttakeskus, overseeing areas such as service delivery, development, R&D, project management, and technical projects.
