Brian Sedita has experience in both recruiting and library roles. Brian began their career as a Library Page at the Borough of Totowa Public Library in 2010 and worked their way up to Senior Library Assistant, where they led a team to reduce the collection size and increase circulation of electronic materials. In 2016, they transitioned to the recruiting field, starting as an Executive Recruiter at Advice Personnel. Brian then advanced to Senior Executive Recruiter and Recruiting Lead - Administrative & Human Resources. In these roles, they coordinated recruiting processes, supported partners with administrative tasks, and developed client relationships in multiple industries. Brian also utilized their clerical skills to develop positive business relationships with vendors.
Brian Sedita obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre/Theater from Montclair State University. Brian pursued their education from 2014 to 2018.
