Laura González Leifert

Laura González Leifert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and human resources. Currently serving as a Consultor Asociado at Advice Consulting since December 2012, Laura also works in the Human Resources department at the Agencia Nacional de Vivienda, focusing on Human Development and Training since May 2013. Previously, Laura worked as the Responsible for Selection at Consultora Finders from December 2009 to December 2011 and was part of the Human Resources department at Atento from October 2007 to December 2009. Laura holds a Licentiate in Psychology from UDELAR (2002-2006) and has pursued further education in Strategic Human Resources Management and Organizational Management, alongside a postgraduate degree in Work Psychology and Organizations.
