Annette Middleton, MBA, has over 27 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Manufacturing Assistant Manager at ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. since March 1996. Previous roles at ADVICS include Manufacturing Production Supervisor for the MOC Division and Team Lead, with a focus on Health & Safety, Toyota Safety Mind, workplace standards, continuous improvement, and advanced problem-solving techniques. Prior to joining ADVICS, Annette worked in Quality Assurance at Zenith Gold Line Laboratories from 1993 to 1996. Annette holds an Associate of Arts from the University of Cincinnati, an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Administration in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources, and a Master of Business Administration in Innovation, Strategy, and Leadership from Northern Kentucky University.
