Ron Bogan is currently serving as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Quality at ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc. RON has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the ADVICS organization, including Managing Director of Operations in Mexico and Director of Operations in Indiana. Ron also has a background in the US Army as a Nuclear Biological Chemical Specialist. RON holds a Bachelor's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching with a focus on Human Resources and Career Education, as well as an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
