John Pelcher

John Pelcher, PMP, has over 27 years of experience in program management, currently serving as a Program Manager at ADVICS North America, Inc. since June 2015. Prior to this role, John held program management positions at CDI Corporation and BAE Systems, contributing to various projects from February 2013 to February 2013, and July 2004 to February 2013, respectively. Earlier in John's career, program management responsibilities were undertaken at SAIC from April 1996 to July 2004. John holds a Master of Science in Acquisition Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Norwich University.
