Rick Haasnoot

Rick Haasnoot has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Rick started their career as an Employee Sales at Konmar from November 2004 to October 2007. Rick then interned at Rabobank Katwijk's Insurance department from April 2010 to June 2010, where they conducted market research and mapped the department's operations. During their internship at Marqit BV from January 2012 to June 2012, they optimized newsletters and wrote marketing-related blogs while also advising the organization on expanding its operations to other countries.

In 2014 and 2017, Rick took time to travel and embarked on journeys through Indonesia and Vietnam, respectively. In 2015, they worked as an actor at Walibi Holland's Halloween Fright Nights, receiving positive feedback and an invitation to return the following year.

Rick then joined Albert Heijn as a Team Leader from October 2007 to May 2017, where they directly managed a team of 12 employees and was responsible for the store's operations in the absence of management. Their responsibilities included staff management, interviews, performance management, cost management, training, and planning.

In 2017, Rick transitioned to Advidi, where they held various roles until the present day. Rick started as a Junior Affiliate Manager from May 2017 to May 2018, then became a Medior Affiliate Manager from May 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they managed affiliate campaigns and developed relationships with partners. Rick then became a Sales Trainer from March 2019 to February 2022, responsible for training and mentoring sales teams. Rick later served as a Senior Affiliate Manager from January 2020 to February 2022, contributing to Advidi's marketing services using optimization technology. Currently, Rick is the Head of Affiliates at Advidi, a position they have held since February 2022.

Rick Haasnoot has a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Premaster program in Entrepreneurship at VU Amsterdam in 2015. Rick also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Commerce from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, which they earned between 2008 and 2012. In their earlier education, Rick attended Andreas College and received their Havo diploma in Economics in 2008. Rick also holds additional certifications, including a Google online marketing certificate obtained in 2016 and an emergency response officer certification acquired in 2000.
