Roos Tigchelaar

Roos Tigchelaar is a seasoned professional in the fields of strategy and service design. Currently serving as Teamlead Strategy to Execution and Business Transformation Consultant at Adviesgroep Novius since February 2021, Roos also holds a position on the Advisory Board for the Master Next Level Engineering at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Since August 2018, Roos has contributed to Royal HaskoningDHV as a Business Consultant, Service Design Consultant, and Innovation Coach. Previous experience includes internships in service design at ING and Volvo Car Group, co-organizing the Global Service Jam in Copenhagen, and working as a Design Researcher in Co-Design at Hogeschool Utrecht. Roos has a Master of Science in Service Systems Design from Aalborg University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering - Product Design Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Recent educational pursuits include courses at House of Coherence and Nyenrode Business University.
