Nitin Kank

Nitin Kank currently serves as Associate Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd since March 2024. Previously, Nitin held various positions at Kirloskar Brothers Limited from October 2006 to March 2024, including General Manager, Deputy General Manager - HR, and Divisional Manager - CHRM&C, overseeing HR functions across corporate and business verticals nationwide. Nitin's areas of expertise encompass strategic HR, manpower budgeting, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, reward and recognition, organizational development, employee engagement, and SAP HR. Nitin completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management at XLRI Jamshedpur in 2020 and earned a Master’s in Personnel Management from M.M.'s I.M.E.R.T between 2004 and 2006.
