Tetiana Izmailova has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Izmailova is currently working as a Visiting Professor at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Process Improvement Manager at DATTALION starting in February 2022. From January 2019, Tetiana worked as a Management Trainer at Школа бізнесу Нова Пошта. Izmailova also co-founded and served as a Financial Advisor at Advin Ukraine starting in January 2020. In 2015, Tetiana took on the role of Managing Partner at Necessary and Sufficient, where they focused on consulting and finding solutions to improve business efficiency. Izmailova also worked as a Lecturer and Head of corporate program at Kyiv School of Economics from April 2016 to April 2018. In addition, they served as a Project Management Inspirer at Youth Flow Academy from September 2017 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, Tetiana worked as an Operational Director at Elio Ukraine, TM Elnova, where they were involved in creating and promoting a new trademark. Izmailova also co-founded and served as an Executive Director at Snite, Intexhservice from 1997 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Officer at a Research Institute from 1994 to 1997.

Tetiana Izmailova's education history includes obtaining a Doctor of Pedagogical Science from a post-graduate program, completed between 1987 and 1994. Izmailova also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Kyiv School of Economics, earned from 2015 to 2017. In 2022, they completed executive education at HEC Paris. Additionally, Tetiana Izmailova has obtained various certifications, including "Design thinking for innovations" from the University of Virginia in October 2020, "Finance for Startups" from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in June 2020, "The hidden value – Lean in manufacturing and services" from École des Ponts ParisTech and BCG in May 2020, "An introduction to Marketing" from Coursera in August 2013, "An Introduction to Operations Management" from Coursera in November 2012, and "Sustainable Transition Management" from HEC Paris in June 2022.
