Lois O.

Lois O. has a solid work experience in project management and strategy development. Lois is currently working as a Project Manager, Strategy and Growth at Advise Insurance, where they support enterprise and business unit strategy development and conducts deep dive analysis on strategic issues. Prior to this, Lois worked at Centene Corporation as a Data Analyst, managing projects to integrate various tools into the organization's medical management process, resulting in improved member engagement. Lois also has experience as a Project Manager at S.C. Department of Health & Environmental Control, where they worked from 2015 to 2018. Overall, Lois has demonstrated expertise in project management, strategy development, and data analysis throughout their career.

Lois O. graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Lois then pursued further education at the University of South Carolina, where they obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree.

In addition to their academic degrees, Lois has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became Certified in Public Health (CPH) by the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE). Lois further enhanced their qualifications with certifications such as Certified Specialist Business Intelligence (HFMA), obtained in April 2021, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in November 2020.

Continuing their professional development, Lois achieved the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in December 2021. In 2022, they obtained two additional certifications from HFMA: Certified Specialist Physician Practice Management (CSPPM) in March and Certified Specialist Payment & Reimbursement in April.

Lois O. is committed to expanding their skills and knowledge, as demonstrated by their most recent certification as a Certified SAFe Professional from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in June 2023.
