Katie Kiss

Katalin Kiss currently serves as a Founding Member of Chief in the UK since December 2022, an organization dedicated to advancing women into leadership roles. Simultaneously, Katalin has held the position of Chief Transformation Officer and Vice President of M&A Integration at Confluence since October 2019, after previous roles including Director of Product Management and Head of Performance Analytics Solutions within the same company. Prior experience includes the role of Global Solution Manager for Performance and Attribution at SS&C HiPortfolio & Anova, and Head of Performance Measurement UK at UBS Global Asset Management. Katalin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Babes-Bolyai University.
