Jill O'Connell has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jill started their career in 2000 at Fidelity Investments, where they served as Vice President of Talent Management in the Asset Management Division until 2017. Jill then moved on to Cengage as SVP and Head of Talent from 2017 to 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Edelman Financial Engines as SVP and Head of Talent. In 2022, they joined EF Hutton as Chief People Officer for a brief period. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Adviser starting from July 2023. Throughout their career, Jill has demonstrated their expertise in human resources, talent management, and administrative roles.
