Bethany Solow has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of finance, human resources, and marketing. Bethany started their career at Allyn International in 2003 as a Human Resources Specialist and worked their way up to become the Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing in August 2018. Prior to this role, Bethany served as the Director of Human Resources and Marketing from January 2014 to August 2018, and as the Human Resources Director from January 2006 to January 2014. In addition, they gained experience as a Training Development Manager from May 2005 to January 2006. Apart from their work at Allyn International, Bethany also has experience as a Co-Owner of A Good Thing Alliance LLC - dba The Speckled Egg Café since May 2008.
Bethany Solow holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, which they obtained from Cornell University in the years 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University between 1999 and 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bethany Solow also obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2011. This certification recognizes their expertise in designing and planning HR policies, with a focus on the "big picture."
