Zoe Zuo is a seasoned Salesforce professional with extensive experience in delivering high-impact solutions within the Financial Services Industry. Currently serving as a Salesforce Functional Consultant at Adviser Ratings, Zoe has a diverse background that includes previous roles as a Salesforce QA Engineer at AMP and a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant at NTT DATA, where significant contributions were made to the Daimler Salesforce project. Prior to that, Zoe successfully completed multiple full lifecycle Salesforce projects as a Salesforce Consultant at Celnet Technology and worked as an SAP CRM Engineer at Lenovo. Zoe holds a Master's degree in IT from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of New England (AU).
