Amy Kandravy

Amy Kandravy has a wide range of experience in various roles within the financial services industry. Amy recently joined Advisor360° as the Senior Director of Client Success, where they are responsible for the largest client relationship and is deeply involved in all aspects of the client's needs.

Prior to this role, Amy worked at Cutter Associates as the CX Director, where they were responsible for the member experience with a focus on building strong relationships and driving client accountability through various programs.

Amy also has extensive experience at Fiserv Investment Services, where they held multiple roles such as VP of Client Service Management, VP of Client Services of National Accounts, and VP of Product Management. In these positions, Amy led cross-functional teams, developed strategic plans, and implemented new programs to enhance the client experience.

Earlier in their career, Amy worked at State Street Research as a Manager of Pension Fund Accounting, where they led an analyst team and was responsible for pension fund accounting.

Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated their expertise in client services, strategic planning, and team leadership, making their a valuable asset in the financial services industry.

Amy Kandravy graduated from Saint Michael's College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Amy is currently pursuing the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
