Bill Wendel

Bill Wendel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bill is currently the Managing Director - Head of Institutional & Alternatives at Advisors Asset Management, Inc., where they are responsible for expanding the company's distribution footprint and product offerings into illiquid alternatives. Prior to this, they worked at BNY Mellon Investment Management, where they held the roles of Head of Defined Contribution and Senior Vice President, Financial Institutions Group. Bill also founded and served as the President of Access Distribution Partners, LLC, providing marketing and sales solutions to investment managers and hedge funds. Additionally, Bill has experience at JPMorgan Asset Management as Vice President, Client Adviser - Sub Advisory/Insurance Group, and at AIM Investments/Invesco as Senior Vice President/National Sales Manager. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in various areas such as institutional business development, defined contribution, retail distribution, and relationship management.
