Lance McGray Jr.

Lance McGray Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lance started their career as the Iona College Division I Men's Golf Coach in 2005, before transitioning to JWM Partners in 2006, where they served as the Head of P&L Reporting & Valuations. In 2009, Lance joined Direxionfunds as Vice President, focusing on Portfolio Management, Risk Management, and Product Development. After four years, they moved to Deutsche Bank in 2013, taking on the role of Vice President in Portfolio Management and Product Development. Lance's most recent position is at Advisors Asset Management, Inc., where they are the Managing Director and Head of ETF Product since 2016.

Lance McGray Jr. obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Iona University in 2005. Lance then pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Financial Management from the same university in 2005-2006. Additionally, they earned an International Business Certificate during the same period.
