Paula Pollner

Paula Pollner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Paula started their career in 1993 at CSAA as the VP of Human Resources & Operations. During their time at CSAA, Paula played a key role in guiding and coaching the leadership team, resolving HR-related business problems, and leading the company through a period of accelerated growth. Paula also negotiated benefit packages, implemented new employee orientation programs, and established in-house learning and development programs. Paula left CSAA in 2006 and joined Advisors Asset Management, Inc. in 2007 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Paula Pollner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, attended Brooks College for an unknown period of time and pursued an unknown field of study. Paula obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2009 and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2015. Paula is currently pursuing a certification in Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University, which is anticipated to be completed in 2023.
