Zakir Shaikh

Zakir Shaikh is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Kirloskar Ferrous since July 2022, Zakir specializes in conflict resolution and integration, possessing over 20 specialized skills. Prior experience includes the position of Country Head of Human Resources for Comau from December 2011 to June 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing leadership effectiveness and overseeing HR functions for engineering and manufacturing sectors. Previously, Zakir held senior HR roles at Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd, Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Ltd, and Poona Radiators and Oilcoolers Pvt Ltd, contributing to HR alignment with business objectives and talent management. Zakir holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Laws in Labour from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
