Zakir Shaikh

Zakir Shaikh currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Kirloskar Ferrous since July 2022. Prior to this role, Zakir was the Country Head of Human Resources for Comau in India from December 2011 to June 2022, contributing to leadership effectiveness across various business verticals within the STELLANTIS group. Zakir's earlier experience includes positions as General Manager of HR at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, Head of HR at Tata Steel Processing and Distribution Ltd, and Manager of Personnel at Poona Radiators and Oilcoolers Pvt Ltd. Zakir began a career in HR with KORES India Limited and possesses a diverse background in operational HR, employee management, and industrial relations. Educational qualifications include a Master in Personnel Management, a Bachelor of Laws, and ongoing doctoral studies in Human Resources Management at Savitribai Phule Pune University, alongside diplomas in Industrial Management and Labour Law.
