Charlene Dwin Vaughn

Charlene Dwin Vaughn is a volunteer mediator at United States Superior Courts, conducting mediations for cases referred by Magistrate Judges. Additionally, Charlene Dwin also works as a Senior Historic Preservation Planner at The Urban Collaborative, LLC and as the Assistant Director at the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. Vaughn holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from The George Washington University.
