Carlos Miranda

Carlos Miranda is an experienced Project Management Consultant, currently serving as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud and a Senior Consultant at IC Net Limited. Previously, Carlos held various roles at the Inter-American Development Bank, culminating as Principal Specialist in Fiscal and Municipal Development, where they led major socioeconomic projects across Latin America and the Caribbean. They also worked as a Public Policy Consultant for the World Bank, focusing on public health in Mexico, and served as a Financial Consultant for Sistemas Integrales de Transporte. Carlos holds a Master's degree in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.
