Gayle Pohl

Gayle Pohl is an experienced academic and advisor in the field of public relations, currently serving as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud since October 2020. Pohl has held the position of Associate Professor of Public Relations at the University of Northern Iowa since August 1993, where responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate students, directing the Public Relations Major, and advising various student organizations. Pohl has also contributed to the Cedar Falls Marketing Chair for the Tourism Bureau Marketing Committee from 2007 to 2010 and has been an active member of PRSA from 1993 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Communications and an MA in Mass Communications from the University of Kentucky, and a BA in History and Mathematics from Xavier University.
