Ailee Strausser

Ailee Strausser, SPHR, CCP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Ailee currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Advocare, LLC, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Ailee worked at Abramson Senior Care, where they held various roles, including VP of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in change management, employee engagement, talent management, and benefits plan design. Ailee also has experience in account management, quality assurance, recruiting, and training from their time at Teleperformance Interactive. Ailee Strausser, SPHR, CCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre from Radford University. Ailee then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. In terms of certifications, Ailee received the Certified Diversity Professional certification from the Institute for Diversity Certification in 2023. Ailee obtained the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) U.S. certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2019.
