Kristin Fischer

Kristin Fischer currently serves as Vice President and Head of Human Resources for the biosciences business at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing a global workforce of 6,000 employees and managing a $4.5 billion P&L. Previously, Kristin held multiple leadership roles at Amgen, including Executive Director and Global HR Integration Lead, where Kristin was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of Horizon Therapeutics, and Global Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing a team of over 100 professionals responsible for approximately 6,000 annual hires. Kristin's extensive HR expertise also includes positions as Head of HR for both the United Kingdom and Ireland and the European Regional Hub, along with a role as Global HR Lead for Finance and Business Development. Early career experience includes a directorial position at Curative Health Services and a leadership role in talent acquisition at Aerotek. Kristin holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Political Science/International Relations from UC Santa Barbara.
