With a Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety from Northwestern University, they have held positions at prominent hospitals like Advocate Children's Hospital and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Currently, they serve as the Director of Quality and Regulatory, where they collaborate with frontline clinicians and improvement science specialists to enhance clinical care guidelines.
