Wendy Micek

Wendy Micek has extensive experience in nursing leadership, serving as the Director of Nursing Excellence, Innovation, and Magnet at Advocate Children's Hospital since May 2017, and concurrently as the Director of Nursing Science and Magnet Program Director at Advocate Christ Medical Center since 2001. Wendy Micek holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Registered Nursing with a focus on Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from Rush University, where studies were completed between 1985 and 1993.
