Angie Fearn

Angie Fearn is a seasoned talent acquisition leader currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for USAA, where the focus is on attracting and empowering individuals who serve the organization’s mission. Angie is also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to supporting women in executive positions. Prior experience includes roles as Global Head of Talent and People Strategies at IBM, overseeing talent transformation and operational excellence, and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at TD Bank, managing global HR strategies for a significant hiring volume. Angie spent a decade at Aon as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Operational Effectiveness, leading recruitment initiatives for major clients. Educational credentials include a degree in Organizational Leadership from Schulich School of Business and a certificate from the Harvard Accelerated Leadership Program.
