Alisha Hudak

Alisha Hudak currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Operational Reporting at Advocate Health since April 2023. Prior to this, Alisha held several leadership positions at Advocate Aurora Health, including Vice President of EHR Intelligence and Director of HIT Applications - Revenue Cycle, where responsibilities included managing a $2 billion annual charge capture and leading the implementation of the Epic Ambulatory Revenue Cycle across over 300 sites. Alisha's experience also encompasses strategic collaborations with Information Systems to enhance workflows in EMR systems, managing budgets for charge capture departments, and fostering revenue management initiatives for newly acquired physician groups. Alisha began their career at Advocate Health Care in roles focused on charge capture processes and project management, and previously worked with TRU Rehabilitation & Wellness. Alisha holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Health Administration from Central Michigan University.
