Andrea Gruca

Andrea Gruca currently serves as the Group Vice President of Enterprise Population Health Operations at Advocate Health, a role assumed in June 2023. Prior to this position, Andrea held various leadership roles at Advocate Aurora Health from January 2013 to December 2023, including System Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Physician Engagement. Andrea's earlier experience includes serving as Director of PHO Managed Care from 2010 to 2012 and as Executive Director at North American Medical Management, Illinois, from 1995 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Public Health from the University of Illinois Chicago.
