Chandrashekhar Baghel

Chandrashekhar Baghel has extensive experience in IT operations, currently serving as the Head of Information Technology Operations at Hero MotoCorp since February 2008. In this role, Baghel oversees IT operations across multiple facilities, including six manufacturing plants and a global parts center, and has successfully managed greenfield projects, overseeing the IT infrastructure for five major projects. Baghel is a certified lead auditor for ISO 27001:2013 and an expert in digitization and automation, focusing on enhancing business operations. Prior experience includes roles at Reliance Industries Limited as Operations Team Lead, at CMC Ltd as Network Engineer, and at CMS Computers Limited as Support Team Lead, where Baghel contributed to various IT support projects. Baghel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Jiwaji University.
