Colin Morelli

Colin Morelli is a seasoned professional in product development and management, currently serving as Vice President of AI Product Development at Advocate Health since September 2025. Previously, Morelli held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Ribbon Health from March 2023 to January 2025. As Co-Founder and CEO of Source Health from December 2020 to March 2023, Morelli built and scaled a care operations platform, achieving 20,000 monthly patient interactions. Additionally, Morelli contributed as Group Manager of Product and Engineering at Ro from November 2019 to December 2020, overseeing the engineering and product strategy for a clinical platform serving over 1 million patients. Morelli also volunteered with The 1k Project in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, attained in 2011.
